I am trying to edit a PCX file to make the graphics for a new unit I created but when I use the unit in the game I see a light cyan square around my unit when it is moving. I have checked and double checked the file in photoshop cs2 and the colors are correct - the background colors are all the correct magenta color and I have not used any colors outside of the correct color pallete. Is there something I am missing?

I forgot to mention - I am creating the new army for Warlords III DLR.

Anyone know how to fix the problem?

sounds like you used RGB-colors, but it all needs to be done in 256 colors
